• FMARI offers complimentary shipping on all orders above $400 as part of our commitment to a seamless shopping experience.
• Items purchased from fmarishop.com can be returned for a refund, at no charge, to fmarishop.com or FMARI free-standing store in Richmond Hill, Canada within 14 days from delivery. We will only deduct the shipping cost.
• Items must be unused in their original condition and include all original packaging. Personalized products are excluded from this policy.
• Personalized items, such as those customized with initials, monograms, or engravings, are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Please ensure all personalization details are entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot make changes once the production process begins.
• If you receive damaged packaging or items because of shipping, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We encourage recycling or reusing our packaging to support a greener planet.
