Complimentary Shipping & Returns Policy

FMARI offers complimentary shipping on all orders above $400 as part of our commitment to a seamless shopping experience.
Items purchased from fmarishop.com can be returned for a refund, at no charge, to fmarishop.com or FMARI free-standing store in Richmond Hill, Canada, within 14 days from delivery. We will only deduct the shipping cost.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and include all original packaging. Personalized products are excluded from this policy.
Personalized items, such as those customized with initials, monograms, or engravings, are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure all personalization details are entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot make changes once the production process begins.
If you receive damaged packaging or items because of shipping, please get in touch with us for assistance within 7 days of delivery. We encourage recycling or reusing our packaging to support a greener planet.
